1. What information we collect
When you register your hospital on Hospiexa, we collect the hospital name, administrator name, and email address. All clinical information you enter — patient records, appointments, lab results, prescriptions — is stored solely to provide the service to your hospital. We do not use it for any other purpose.
2. Who can see your data
Only the staff members you authorise can access your hospital's records. No other hospital using Hospiexa can see your data. Hospiexa staff may access your account only if you specifically request support assistance and give permission.
3. Patient information & legal compliance
All patient records are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. Hospiexa complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. Your hospital is responsible for obtaining patient consent for data collection as required by applicable law.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to work — for example, to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep your data
Your data is kept for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
